When you contact us by phone or web form, we collect: your name, phone number, address (only what you give us), the service you need, and basic call/form metadata. We do not buy or sell customer data.
To dispatch a technician, provide service, send appointment reminders, and follow up. We may send occasional service tips to past customers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
This site uses localStorage to remember your theme preference. We do not use cookies for tracking.
Booking forms are processed by Formspree (formspree.io). Call routing uses your carrier. Google Maps embeds (if any) operate under Google's own policy.
You can request a copy of any data we have about you, or have it deleted, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 14 days.
