Liberty Lake is the last exit before Idaho, and Greenacres fills the gap between it and the Valley. Together they are the fastest-growing part of our map and the most keypad-heavy.
HOA communities and matching hardware
Meadowwood, Rocky Hill, the Trailhead area and the newer Greenacres developments often specify finish and sometimes style for exterior hardware. We carry the common lines in matte black, satin nickel and bronze and can rekey to match existing keys so one key still does the house, the gate and the mailbox.
Keypad and smart locks
More keypad deadbolts per street than anywhere else we go. The calls are predictable: dead batteries in January, codes lost after a move, locks that will not throw because the door has shifted. Bring a 9V battery to the front door and hold it to the contacts under the keypad — most units will wake up long enough to enter your code. If not, the mechanical override is our way in.
The lake and the trail
From May to September the boat launch, Pavillion Park and the Liberty Lake County Park lots produce a run of keys dropped in the water or locked in the car with the towels. We cut and program a new key at the lot, so the afternoon is not over.
Office parks on Mission and Appleway
Liberty Lake's tech and office campuses run on fob access and master systems; we handle lock changes, new-hire fobs and after-hours lockouts for facilities teams there.

New construction: what to do in week one
Builder locks arrive keyed to a construction master. Your first turn of the homeowner key is supposed to disable it — on the front door. The garage side door, the patio door and the shed are usually on separate cylinders that never saw the homeowner key. Rekey the lot alike, add strikes with 3-inch screws (builders use ¾-inch), and set your own codes on any keypad the builder installed.
Questions from the east end
Can you match the HOA's required finish?
Yes; tell us the community and we bring the right finish. Most specify matte black or oil-rubbed bronze.
Our keypad lock died in January.
Batteries first — the cold halves their life. If it still fails, we open with the override and either service or replace the unit.
Do you cover the Idaho side?
