Spokane Valley runs from the Argonne corridor east to Liberty Lake, with I-90 down the middle and Sprague and Trent as the two long spines. It is the biggest chunk of our map and a van is almost always already there.
Lockouts: the mall, the big boxes, the trailheads
Spokane Valley Mall, the Sullivan Road retail stretch and the Costco and Home Depot lots produce a steady run of keys locked in cars. Tell us the store you are nearest and which row; we will text when we are pulling in. Mirabeau Point and the Centennial Trail access points are the other regular — keys locked in the car after a run.
Rekeys: Greenacres and the new builds
East of Barker Road the Valley is one new subdivision after another. Builder-grade locks come keyed to construction masters, so a move-in rekey is standard. We key the whole house alike and swap the strikes for reinforced ones while we are there.
Commercial: Trent and the industrial parks
Warehouses and shops along Trent Avenue, Sullivan and the Spokane Business & Industrial Park run on master key systems, panic hardware and fob access. Most of that work is scheduled, but we take after-hours calls for jammed exit doors and broken keys in gates.
Older Valley: Dishman, Opportunity, Veradale
South of Sprague the housing stock is older and so is the hardware: worn keyways, stiff deadbolts and the occasional mortise lock. Rekeys and cylinder swaps are the norm, and we carry the older blanks.
Getting to you
- Typical arrival in the Valley: about 14 minutes
- I-90 exits 285 (Argonne) to 294 (Sullivan) cover almost everything
- Say "north of Sprague" or "south of Sprague" — it halves the search
- Big lot? Stand by the cart return nearest your car; we know where they are

Home security in the Valley
Two patterns: newer homes east of Sullivan where owners want keypad deadbolts and everything keyed alike from day one, and the ranch-style streets of Opportunity and Veradale where a 1970s deadbolt with a half-inch throw is still the only thing on the door. Both are a single visit: rekey, Grade 1 deadbolt, reinforced strike on every exterior door including the garage side door.
Questions from Valley customers
Are you actually in the Valley or coming from Spokane?
Vans work the whole county, and the Valley is where one is most often already parked. Fourteen minutes is the typical arrival, not a promise pulled from the air.
Do you do the storage units on Trent and Sprague?
Yes — lost padlock keys, jammed disc locks and lock changes on units, with the facility's permission.
Car keys at the dealership row?
We regularly make keys in the lots next to the dealerships along Sprague and Sullivan for people who were quoted a multi-day wait inside.
