Take Division north past the Y and within ten minutes you are in a different kind of coverage: Mead, Colbert, Chattaroy, Green Bluff and, twenty miles up 395, Deer Park. We treat all of it as regular service, not a special trip.
Why mobile matters more out here
The nearest dealership or hardware store is a long drive, and a lost car key on a property off Day Mount Spokane Road would otherwise mean a tow. The van carries the key machine, programmer, blanks, cylinders and padlocks, so a lost key, a rekey and a new shop padlock all happen in the same visit in your driveway.
What rural properties need
- Shop and barn doors: heavy-duty padlocks or keyed-alike cylinders so one key runs the property
- Gates: weatherproof padlocks and, increasingly, keypad gate locks that survive the winter
- Detached garages and wells houses: a deadbolt, not a knob lock
- Safes: openings, combination changes and relocations — we do all three
Mount Spokane and Green Bluff
Ski-lot and trailhead lockouts all winter; Green Bluff parking-field lockouts every harvest weekend. Both are regular stops, and both are places where cutting a new key on site beats waiting for a tow down the hill.
Deer Park
Main Avenue storefronts, the homes around the high school and the businesses by the airport get the same commercial and residential service as Spokane — master systems, panic hardware, rekeys, car keys — at the same written price. Thirty minutes north does not change the number.
Finding you
Give us the cross road, the mailbox colour and anything visible from the road. Gravel driveways with no number are normal for us; a pin drop from your phone is even better.

Is there a trip charge for Deer Park or Chattaroy?
A small travel component may apply to the furthest addresses; it is in the written quote before we roll, never added afterwards.
Can you key my shop, gate and house alike?
Yes. Padlocks, gate locks and door cylinders are all available on common keyways, so one key runs the property.
Safe locked and the combination is lost?
We open most residential and gun safes without destroying them and reset the combination while we are there.
Snow on the driveway?
We will walk in from the road if the van cannot make it. Tell us when you call so we bring the gear in a bag.
